Energy Squares:
In a large bowl, mix together roughly equal parts (maybe 1-1.5 cups each?)
Go Lean cereal
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
Peanuts (I like honey roasted)
Chocolate chips
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Walnut bits
etc.
Add in enough honey and agave nectar (roughly 2:1 ratio of these sweeteners) to barely hold things together. Press into 1 or 2 sprayed 9×13 pans, bake at 300F/150C until the chocolate gets melty and the edges begin to brown, about 20-30 minutes.
Cool completely, cut into small squares.
